Moyo Huru is operated by Moyohuru ("Moyohuru", "we", "us"), based in Tanzania. When you use this app or buy anything on it, you are entering into an agreement with Moyohuru. By continuing to use Moyo Huru you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
What Moyo Huru offers
Moyo Huru provides supportive guidance, educational articles, videos and private advice conversations for mothers, women, men and families. It is not a hospital, a clinic, or a replacement for medical, legal or emergency care. If you are in danger or need urgent medical help, contact local emergency services.
Advice requests and privacy
Your advice requests and the replies to them are private. Only you and the Moyo Huru team can read them. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Notice.
Paid services and prices
Some parts of Moyo Huru are paid: membership access to premium content and private consultations. Prices are shown in Tanzanian Shillings or US Dollars before you pay. Paid access runs for a fixed period; it does not renew automatically, and you choose when to pay again.
Mobile money payments are confirmed manually by our team after you send them, using the reference you provide. Access begins once we confirm the payment.
Payment, billing and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for card orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
Your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login details confidential, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person.
Acceptable use
You must not use Moyo Huru unlawfully, send spam or fraudulent content, infringe anyone's intellectual property, harass other people, or interfere with the security of the service (no malware, probing, or scraping).
Our intellectual property
Moyohuru owns Moyo Huru, its software, articles, videos, branding and other materials. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal use within the plan you paid for. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer or circumvent technical limits.
Service level
We work hard to keep Moyo Huru available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using Moyo Huru at any time.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tanzania.
